Your journey to healthier, corrected skin begins here. *If you are looking for a relaxing, occasional facial rather than a corrective skincare plan, please book the Vitality Facial instead. This comprehensive, results-focused appointment allows us to assess, analyze, and create a clear plan for correcting your skin concerns. This is not a routine facial. Your visit includes: • In-depth skin analysis • Barrier and inflammation assessment • Review of your current skincare routine • Identification of acne, pigmentation, or aging triggers • A customized treatment performed the same day • A prescribed medical-grade homecare regimen • A structured 12-week correction roadmap Every recommendation is tailored to your skin’s biology, lifestyle, and long-term goals. Whether you are experiencing acne, hyperpigmentation, melasma, sensitivity, or early signs of aging, this foundational appointment ensures we address the root cause of your concerns, not just the surface symptoms. Following your appointment, you will receive your personalized treatment plan via email outlining your corrective strategy, recommended treatments, and required homecare to support your results.
Cancellation Policy
Your services are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policy. All services require a prepayment/deposit to guarantee a reservation. Prepayments/deposits are non-refundable. Any appointment rescheduled with less than 24 hrs of notice is subject to a rescheduling fee of $25. Upon checkout, guests may choose a cash or card method of payment for the full or remaining amount. NO Cash app or Zelle. Late Policy: Bookings will be canceled 10 mins after your scheduled appointment. Any accommodations will be charged a $25 convenience fee. Clients who miss (No Call No Show) their appointments without giving any prior notification will NOT be able to reschedule or book future appointments. The client is responsible for rescheduling all appts, Reschedules are not guaranteed, and Appts can only be rescheduled ONE time per appt(24hrs prior to Appt.)Specials & Promotions cannot be rescheduled outside of the promotional timeframe.
