BOOKING POLICIES
Reservations:
Our booking schedule opens up for two weeks at a time. You can only book appointments within this window. The schedule is updated every Monday, so new slots may become available or existing ones may be filled. To ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A deposit is required when booking an appointment. The deposit will be allocated towards your original appointment date. If you decide to reschedule, the deposit will still be applied to the new appointment. However, please note that deposits are non-refundable. Additionally, if you choose to reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or more than once, a $25 rescheduling fee will be charged.

Guests:
Please DO NOT bring extra guests or children to your appointment. Underaged clients are permitted to bring a guardian or parent.
Rescheduling Policy:
We understand life happens, however, we have to limit rescheduling appointments to a maximum of 1 time per appointment (only applicable for 24 hours in advance) Once you have reached your limit your appointment will be declined and your prepayment or deposit will be forfeited. Reschedules can only be made within the two-week booking window. If you need to change your appointment date or time, make sure to do so before the current two-week period ends. Rescheduling outside of this window is not possible. While rescheduling is an option, finding an alternative date or time is not guaranteed. The availability of slots may vary, and it's possible that you may not find a suitable alternative within the booking schedule. Therefore, it's advisable to plan your appointments carefully and consider any potential conflicts before making a booking.

Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your services are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please log in to our booking site 24 hours in advance. Clients who miss (No Call No Show) their appointments without giving any prior notification will not be able to reschedule or book future appointments. We recognize that the time of our clients and staff is valuable and we have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we lose your business and lose the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a prepayment of 50% to guarantee a reservation. Prepayments are non-refundable. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.

Lateness:
If you are late past 10 mins of your scheduled appointment it will be canceled. Any accommodations will be charged a $25 convenience fee. No Shows will not be able to reschedule or book future appointments.

Prices and services:
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking their appointments.
Series of treatments:
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any treatment series that are purchased. We will however exchange them for other products or credit of equal value.

Payments and Gratuity:
We accept CASH & all major credit cards. We do not accept Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Personal checks, or Traveler’s checks.
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or series, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion.
Check-in:
We ask that you text us if you arrive before your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. The full price of scheduled services will apply including a $25 convenience fee, so please plan accordingly. Return policy:
Deposits, Prepayments, Skincare products, Services, and gift cards/certificates are non-refundable.
Avoid sunlight, saunas, or steam rooms, and don't engage in any strenuous exercise for 24 Hours.

Do Not use any products on your face which contain AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) or Vitamin A products for at least 7 days after treatment.
​
Do not wear any makeup for 24-48 Hours Unless it's mineral based. If you have had an advanced facial please wait 72 hours. Do not book any other facial treatments until 7 to 14 days after your treatment.
​
Follow a very simple skincare routine for 7 days post-treatment. Keep your skin hydrated using a hydrating serum, moisturizing day/night, and using sunscreen. Use a very gentle cleanser or simply water the day of your facial.
​
It is important to moisturize your freshly exfoliated skin regularly to rehydrate. Use products containing Hyaluronic acid, Aloe, and Glycerin.
​
Do not pick or touch your skin. Wash headscarves, bedding, and towels to ensure that you do not recontaminate your skin.
​
Purging may occur after a facial due to exfoliation & extractions. Impurities under the skin may come to the surface within a short time after the treatment, so a breakout is a good sign of the skin clearing impurities from within. Do not panic- continue a simple routine and allow your skin 7 to 10 days to go through this process.
​
SPF 30+ must be worn daily after your procedure. ​​​​Skin may be red for a short while afterwards. Usually take a week for new skin to regenerate.​
​
In the rare event that you incur superficial scratches on your skin, post procedure, apply a hyaluronic acid serum or aloe vera to sooth the skin. The scratches will take about one week to heal.​ Should you experience any redness and/or itchiness apply 1% hydrocortisone over the counter.
​
As your Skin Therapist , I will take every precaution to ensure that your skin is well hydrated and calm prior to leaving each session. However, you may experience some dryness or even some peeling between sessions, which is normal. Please feel free to text 404.692.2552, if you have any concerns after the treatment. More sensitive skin may experience some redness after the first couple of sessions. This normally goes away after 2-4 hours.

After your treatment, please follow the aftercare instructions above. All first time clients will receive a Home Care Regimen that is strongly recommended for your skin concerns. You are making an investment in your skin: therefore, it is to your benefit to perform your routine consistently and book your follow-up appointment within 4 to 6 weeks.
DERMAPLANING
Dermaplaning uses a surgical blade to skim dead skin cells and hair from your face. Dermaplaning provides a gentle exfoliation safe for all skin types. This treatment promotes deeper product penetration, boosting the effects of products used during your facial. This is perfect for those with concerns of dull skin, fine lines, acne scars, unwanted facial hair, textures skin, and more.

HIGH FREQUENCY
High Frequency generates an electrical current that has a gentle and safe, oscillating oxygenating power. This high rate of oscillation produces heat and tones the skin. The use of high frequency as a skincare treatment is used to help treat and prevent stubborn acne, reduce enlarged pores back to their original state, minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, decongest the skin.

LED THERAPY
LED therapy uses a non-invasive LED Light Device that penetrates the skin at different depths and causes various reactions in your skin. It fights acne-causing bacteria, reduces inflammation, stimulates collagen, fights pigmentation concerns, and more.

MICRODERMABRASION
Microdermabrasion is a non-invasive treatment that uses a diamond tip professional device to gently exfoliates your skin. After a series of treatments, your complexion can appear smoother, brighter, and more even in color. Great for congested skin or for those struggling with hyperpigmentation.

HYDRODERMABRASION
Hydrodermabrasion uses a hydro vortex system to exfoliate & decongest pores while infusing the skin with hydrating actives to heal the skin. Great for clearing the pores to relieve congestion or help to infuse dehydrate skin cells.

NANO-INFUSION
A non-invasive treatment uses a pen that creates thousands of micro pathways in the top layer of skin. This treatment delivers high quality, high concentrated serums into the skin to help treat a variety of skin problems, including Acne, dermatitis, dull skin, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, scarring, signs of aging, including wrinkles and age spots, sun damage, wound healing, and other inflammatory skin conditions. For best results, a series of four treatments is recommended.

BOTANICAL PEELS(NO DOWNTIME)
Enzyme Peels & Fruit Acid Peels are naturally derived active acids found in many fruits. They dissolve dead skin to reveal smooth glowing skin. You will not peel or flake afterward as this is a gentle option to add deeper exfoliation to your facial. Adding a peel to your facial will allow your treatment to penetrate the skin cells to help fight against Acne & Hyperpigmentation.​
