Cancellation Policy
Reservations: Our booking calendar opens 14 days in advance. To secure your preferred date and time, we highly recommend scheduling as early as possible, as availability is limited. All appointments must be completed with full payment at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Please note that all payments are non-refundable. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined below. Guests: To maintain a focused and uninterrupted experience, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests or children to your virtual appointment. Underage clients must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Each appointment may be rescheduled once, provided changes are made at least 24 hours in advance. After one reschedule, any additional changes will result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of payment. Cancellation Policy & Fees: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Changes can be made by logging into your booking account. Clients who fail to show up without notice (No Call, No Show) will not be eligible to rebook future services. Missed appointments not only impact our business, but also prevent other clients from securing that time. All services are non-refundable. Lateness: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and payment forfeited. No Shows will not be permitted to rebook future appointments. Same-Day Cancellations: Our online system does not allow same-day cancellations. Pricing & Services: All prices and services are subject to change without notice. We strive to keep clients informed; however, we encourage you to confirm current pricing and service details at the time of booking. Series of Treatments: All treatment series are non-refundable. However, they may be exchanged for products or account credit of equal value. Payments & Check-In: We accept all major credit cards. Intake and consent forms must be completed prior to your appointment. All deposits, prepayments, skincare products, services, and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
